Fact states

Unknown — never tried.

Learning — you've seen it. First correct answer gets you here.

Familiar — 2 correct answers in a row (any speed).

Fluent — 2 correct answers under the target time, in a row.

Mastered — fluent across 2 separate sessions. It sticks.

A wrong answer drops the fact down one step (but never below Learning once you've seen it).

Belts

Your belt reflects the mix of states across every fact you know about — reflex banks + Full Test items together.

White — you've started.

Yellow — 50%+ of facts are Familiar or better.

Green — 100% of facts are Familiar or better.

Blue — 50%+ of facts are Fluent or Mastered.

Black — 100% of facts are Fluent or Mastered. The bar we're aiming at.
